Hi, I'm Cole — a personal trainer passionate about fitness, nutrition, and longevity. I currently train at the Clark Kerr Track near UC Berkeley every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 AM.
Right now, I’m offering training sessions at a minimal cost as I continue building experience and reputation in the field. Sessions focus on safe, effective cardio and performance improvement.
